The Vulcan Hart 00-357036-00003 Lamp Lens is a protective shield that can be installed on a compatible commercial appliance to protect the internal lamp of the oven and still bring light through. It is attached to the lamp assembly in the oven cavity to shield the bulb against heat, moisture, and food particles when it is in use. This lens is installed during the making or changed in the maintenance process to ensure that the inside of the oven is clearly seen. It is used inside the appliance to provide lighting so as to check on the progress of cooking under normal working conditions.
