The Moffat M003002 Lamp Glass is a transparent protective cover that fits in compatible commercial convection ovens. It protects internal lamp against heat, moisture and food debris and lets light through such that the interior of the oven can be seen during use. The glass is mounted between the lamp and the cooking chamber and it is fitted with the lamp housing and the lighting system of the oven to ensure safe and accurate lighting. It is installed in commercial kitchen settings in the during maintenance in case it is broken or opaque, which contributes to the maintenance of uniform visibility and safe use of the oven.
