The Ultrafryer ULTR19A193 LCH Type Hi-Limit Thermostat is used in fryers including Ultrafryer and Vulcan fryer models where precise temperature control is required. It has a fixed temperature of 450°F and can be reset manually in case of an emergency. It has a 1/4” x 4-7/8” nickel-plated bulb with a 30” capillary tube for accurate measurement. It accommodates a 3/8” MPT stuff box and has a mounting bracket. This component helps to maintain the appropriate temperature to avoid overheating and also to prolong the life of the fryer.
