The APW 13801 LCH Type Hi-Limit Thermostat is a vital safety component designed to prevent fryers and ovens from overheating ensuring safe operation in commercial kitchens. This thermostat has a manual reset function so that the unit can be reactivated easily after a safety shutdown with a fixed temperature setting of 450°F. The 1/4" x 4-7/8" nickel bulb with 30" capillary tube accurately monitor temperature levels in the cooking equipment. The included mounting bracket and 3/8" MPT stuff box size make installation easy. This thermostat is compatible with the Ultrafryer Fryer and the older Vulcan Fryer Series 7400 & 7500.
