The Ultrafryer ULTR12B952 Drain Valve is used to regulate the amount of cooking oil that is released into the sink or retained in the internal passage by opening and closing an internal passage. The valve will be fitted at the drain outlet under the fryer tank. It is built with a 2" NPT connection, and it connects with compatible piping and fittings. This part assists in controlled discharge of oil, aids in the flow direction and is a part of the overall drainage system of the fryer during regular maintenance and service.
