The Ultrafryer 12B952-C Drain Valve is used to release cooking oil into the fryer by opening and closing the internal passage to enable the fluid to exit the fryer. The valve is manually turned, and this causes the internal mechanism to be moved to either initiate or shut down drainage with a closed seal. This component is intended to be connected with piping and fittings with a 2" NPT connection. The metal body is used to provide oil management and regular service maintenance in the commercial kitchen equipment.
