The Star Mfg WS-58523 Warmer Pan W/Drain Bottom Mount provides a closed area to warm food and allows the removal of excess moisture to be regulated. It works by retaining the product in the pan and directing the liquids through the drain mounted at the bottom when used. This warmer is fitted into the assigned lower pan position of warming equipment with a drain-through design. The bottom drain facilitates the functioning of the cleaner by minimizing the accumulation of liquids in the pan cavity.
