The Star Mfg P2-38523 Warmer Pan W/Drain Bottom Mount is designed to hold and handle hot food products containing them and letting the excess liquid escape via the integrated drain. It acts as a reservoir that keeps the product intact during warming periods and eases the process of moisture management during the operation. This warmer is mounted in the lower position of the mounting of compatible warming units where a bottom-drain configuration is needed. Its design also has an inbuilt drain hole to divert the liquids out of the pan interior to assist in keeping the holding conditions clean.
