The Star Mfg 2T-Z6007 Oven Thermostat Control is a precise temperature regulation device designed, featuring a 3/8" bulb and a temperature range of 200°F to 375°F. This thermostat utilizes a bimetallic strip that changes temperature by expanding or contracting and then turning the heat elements of the oven on and off in an equal time base to achieve the set culinary temperature.
