The Cecilware L345A Fryer Thermostat RX is a temperature control component, which works between 200-375°F. It has a 3/8” bulb 5-3/4” length and 36” cap making it ideal for use in different fryer models. This thermostat has a 3/8” MPT stuff box for installation and an 11” mounting and a 2-1/4” diameter red T-stat knob for operations. Designed to fit several Cecilware fryer models and many others, this part has been designed to offer increased durability and efficiency for dependable temperature control for consistent frying.
