The Southbend SOU1166004 Pilot Valve 1/8 MPT x 3/16 CCT is a gas flow control part that is installed in the commercial cooking equipment to control the amount of gas flowing to the pilot burner. It has a pipe thread inlet of 1/8 inch and a compression outlet of 3/16 inch to be fittingly connected in the gas line of the appliance. This valve is fitted or replaced in the field of use to ensure the proper ignition flame operation. The gas delivery system of the appliance assists in maintaining the proper pressure and flow of the gas to allow the pilot to operate securely and stably under the normal usage conditions.
