The Garland GL1510402 Double Pilot Valve 1/8 MPT x 3/16 CCT is a gas control component that is fitted in commercial cooking equipment to control the flow of gas to the pilot burner. It has a 1/8-inch male pipe thread inlet and a 3/16-inch compression outlet, which enables it to be connected to the gas supply line of the appliance. This valve is fitted or changed in usage in the maintenance of a valve to aid in the accurate pilot ignition and steady flame operation. In the gas delivery system of the appliances, it is used to maintain the proper pressure and flow of gas to provide normal operating conditions of stable, secure ignition.
