The Southbend 1166562 SPST Thermostat is used in managing temperatures of enterprise cooking equipment and it has a 24” capillary, and a maximum temperature of 350°F. This works through the use of a switch of the Single Pole Single Throw kind to either make or break heating elements thereby regulating the required cooking temperature well. Its dip-sealed design also provides durability and protection from moisture and contaminant factors.
