The SECO 916 Thermostat/Infinite Knob uses a rotary switch to control the temperature of equipment by turning the internal control signal mechanism. The resistance setting can be adjusted by turning the knob to permit a slow increase or decrease in temperature without predetermined limits. It is usually fitted to the front control panel of the compatible commercial kitchen equipment so that it can be accessed directly by the operator. The 2 1/4-inch diameter will provide sufficient grip to be adjusted manually when connecting with the thermostat shaft.
