The Groen Z012314 Knob Thermostat/Infinite Switch is a control component that is used to adjust and indicate the amount of heat or power on compatible cooking equipment. This 2-1/4-inch diameter knob works by turning to the desired location on the control panel scale to allow the thermostat or infinite switch operating to be adjusted in the process of normal operation. In commercial kitchen applications, it is mounted on the front control panel where it must be manually selected to control the level of temperature or output during cooking cycles.
