The ROYAL RANGE 1724 Fryer Door Magnet is a replacement part that is installed in the commercial kitchen system to hold the appliance access door in place during cooking and cleaning activities. The magnet is fitted to the cabinet frame of the fryer where the door intersects the body, which provides the door with a controlled holding force that holds the door closed until the user deliberately opens it. It does not open accidentally when used in normal conditions. It also supports making the operation of the appliance secure and accurate and it keeps the door in place and in the system of the fryer's access.
