The Pitco PT60130805 Gas Fryer Pump is used to circulate the hot oil through the filtration system by means of a mechanical impeller to pull the liquid out of the tank. This internal piece creates the required force to power fluid through filter media, which actually captures food particles and sediment and recirculates the purified fluid into the cooking vat. The pump is fitted at the bottom of the unit cabinet, and it is connected to the filtration plumbing and motor assembly. This is a metal casing that will provide alignment and flow uniformity during the high-temperature oil processing cycles.
