Internal gears create steady flow that forces the liquid to flow through filter paper to prevent food debris and carbon accumulation. This part is placed in filtration cabinet which is situated under the main fry pots or is fastened to the filter motor assembly. This component keeps the required pressure desired in the automated or manual filtering processes in the commercial kitchen settings by circulating the oil.
