The Pitco 60130801 Fryer Motor and Pump Assembly circulates oil in the filtration system with an internal drive that supplies the system with a flow rate of 8 gallons per minute. It uses a 1/3HP motor and can operate on 115/230V at 60/50Hz to pump oil through the system during filtering, and recirculation. This part is fitted inside the filtration compartment of the fryer where it attaches to the oil lines and aids in the flow of the oil between the filtration system and the fryer tank.

Installation Steps
