The Pitco PT60130801 Motor/Pump Assembly is a 1/3 HP circulator that moves oil in commercial systems to maintain even cooking temperatures and the optimum distribution of heat in the fryer. It is designed to run on 115/230V and can be used with both 60Hz and 50Hz systems and can produce up to 8 GPM depending on configuration.
