The Nemco K128 Blade Assembly 3/16" is designed to fit in compatible food processing equipment to provide uniform slicing and cutting processes. Each set has several blades attached to a support system to ensure that they are in line and to ensure they are firmly attached. It is connected to the specific housing, components are made to be operationally tolerant and to be subjected to normal mechanical loads. Regular change of parts will provide further functionality and the assembly will work within the parameters.
