The Nemco 316TPT Blade Assembly 3/16" fit compatible countertop slicing machines to cut soft produce into uniformly sized slices. The accurate edges are laid in a grid and fitted with the pusher mechanism to enable the ingredients to flow through easily. The set is installed in the cutting head of the machine and it interacts with the drive interface to pass the motion to the edges. In the appliance, this assembly determines slice sizes, assists in even throughput and assists in keeping moving and still parts connected properly.
