The Nemco 56424-2 Blade Assembly Dice 3/8 inch is a cutting assembly that is to be used in combination with other dicing units. It consists of a grid of blades that are carefully aligned and set as to cut in to a uniformly sized cube of 3/8 inch. It fits into the machine cutting frame and is connected to the pneumatic pusher system which forces ingredients through the blade matrix. This component is found in the equipment and it determines the cut dimension and allows regular dicing of vegetables in food preparation processes in the commercial kitchen setting.
