The Montague 09347-5 Cast IronBroiler Top Grate is used in broilers for grilling and broiling to provide a cast iron cooking surface. It is 24 inches in width and 6 inches in depth with 3 crossbars and 11 ribs for uniformity in heat distribution and better grilling. It is compatible with Imperial Broiler Series GD (Glowing Devil), US Range Broiler Regal Char-Glo Series C-HDS-A, RG-HDS-A, Montague Broiler, and TEC (Thermal Engineering Corp) Grill and improves the cooking process. This is because the cast iron construction holds heat well in order to achieve the grill marks and flavor that is highly sought by professional chefs.
