The Market Forge 975613 Tilting Skillet Transformer ETS is the same converter assembly used in commercial appliances to give the required voltage conversion to the control electronics. It is mounted in the electrical operational section of the pan and connected to the supply and monitoring wiring entering the section. It allows logic and regulated components to be stepped down to shield circuitry and allow the heating and operational operations to be well controlled. It provides a uniform output by supplying tuned power to vital control components.
