The Manitowoc 000016053 Ice Machine Water Level Probe Kit With Harness is a sensing and connection kit used to monitor and regulate the water level in the reservoir of a commercial ice machine. This kit contains the probe, which measures the height of water, and the wiring harness, which connects the probe to the control board of the machine, which is used in the proper sequencing of fill and harvest cycles when the machine is operated normally. It is applied in industrial ice-making systems, whereby the water level feedback is needed to control water flow and prevent overfill and dry-runs.
