The Lang 30402-27 Thermostat with Vertical Bracket and Flat Down Bulb is used in many kitchen equipment such as ovens, griddles, and broilers. It has a 3/16” x 11-5/8” bulb and 48” cap, and it is used in temperature ranges of 100°F to 450°F. This thermostat is suitable for Lang #22-1278, Montague Griddles, Lang Broilers, and some Lang Ovens such as ECO and EHS-C series. It also helps to regulate the temperatures of cooking, so that the food is cooked to the right temperature, increases the cooking efficiency and productivity in the kitchen environment.
