The Lang 2T30402-27 Thermostat is used in different cooking equipment to maintain the temperature at the desired level. This bulb has a 3/16" x 11-5/8" size and a 48" capillary, and operates from 100°F to 450°F. This thermostat is compatible with Lang broilers and griddles, and with several ovens such as the ECO and ECCO series. It is the main component for maintaining heat, preventing heat overage and such optimal cooking conditions as to produce better food quality and long useful life of equipment.
