The Jade Range 4612600000 Oven Thermocouple 18" Long 20-30 MV 1900 Series is a temperature-sensing safety element used to sense the presence of heat at the pilot flame and, send a millivolt signal to the gas flow controller. It is attached to the specified sensing position and the gas valve to allow it to operate correctly during ignition and heating. This thermocouple is used together with ignition and control parts to ensure stable operation. In the daily foodservice application, it assists in safe gas control, accurate ignition, and constant operating conditions when used in regular cooking cycles.
