The Jade Range 3026500000 Range Flat Down Thermostat Knob 2-1/2'' DIA Mount enables users to adjust and control the temperature levels during cooking. It is attached to the thermostat shaft and has a flat interface with four indexed positions with a broad temperature span of 150 to 550°F. The knob aids in selecting the correct amount of heat by adjusting the settings of the marked knob in accordance with the internal thermostat. It is mounted on the front control panel and allows the user to input clearly and gives visual feedback of the selected temperatures.
