The Garland G02716-3 Knob Oven Thermostat Black is a control component used to control and indicate temperature settings on compatible oven equipment. This product measures 2-1/2" in diameter and is made with that it can be mounted so that it can be properly oriented to give a clear indication on any control panel when used normally. In a commercial kitchen setting, it is fitted when the system or replacement is required of the original thermostat knob, which has become worn, damaged, or no longer fits the control shaft properly.
