The Intedge 12SQ Grinder Knife 10/12 is an interchangeable cutting blade that fits in a commercial kitchen system with a size to accommodate both plate sizes of 10 and 12. It is attached to the shaft of the grinder before the grinding plate, the sharp edges of which slice against the plate and shear the meat effectively as it passes through. This knife is fitted in a kitchen during assembly or maintenance to restore the cutting performance. It is the necessary component in the system of the grinder in that it creates a consistent.
