The Hobart 719951-00029 Griddle Orifice #29 is used to regulate the flow of gas into an appliance by creating an opening of a specific size, that determines the amount of fuel that gets to the combustion chamber. It operates by fitting into the gas inlet of the burner and the incoming gas has to go through the calibrated bore, which regulates delivery before ignition. This opening is placed directly in the griddle burner assembly, between the gas supply line and the burner head to ensure that the gas flow is in accordance with the design requirements to ensure stable operation.
