The Hobart 00-418520-00003 Crumb Screen is a flat screening component that is installed in compatible system to trap food debris in the course of frying. It works through placing in its oil space where the oil circulates catching crumbs and sediment that released during cooking. The screen is fitted under the bottom of its vat in commercial kitchen setting where it will be reached in the course of routine cleaning and oil maintenance. In this system, it acts as a debris control component to assist in the control of residue in the normal operation.
