The Garland GL1017508 Dial is a 2 1/2-inch temperature control dial with a calibrated range of 300°F to 650°F, which is used on commercial cooking equipment. It enables the operators to choose and adjust the heat levels when using the appliances. In practice, it is attached to control panels of appliances, and it is similar to commercial foodservice systems in which a fine temperature choice is needed. The dial in the appliance will connect to the thermostat or control shaft to convert user input into controlled heat output to assist the system in maintaining the same cooking conditions and accurate operation during commercial operation.
