The Blodgett BL10392 Dial is a temperature selection component that is used to program and indicate the desired cooking temperatures on a compatible commercial cooking setting to the control panel. This dial works by enabling the user to select a desired range of 300°F to 650°F, and the 2 1/2" face provides an easy numerical display in the normal kitchen application. It is applied in the actual commercial cooking setting where absolute temperature control, and visual response are needed during food preparation processes. This dial is connected to the thermostat, or control mechanism of the appliance, and it operates with internal sensors and switch elements to aid in proper heat regulation.
