The Garland 2346100 Electric Skillet Linear Actuator is used to regulate the lifting and tilting action of commercial systems. It converts electrical input to linear motion to lift, lower or tilt the cooking pan in the emptying and cleaning processes. It is fitted to the actuator assembly of the tilting skillets to assist in the controlled movement of the pan at load and positioning of the pan relative to the hinge system. This actuator, by working together with the control switch and motor circuit, provides proper positioning of the skillet when operating in the normal kitchen and during servicing.
