The Cleveland FK2346100 Linear Actuator is an essential part that is used to operate the tilting action of commercial electric skillets in catering, and food system kitchens. It transforms electrical input into linear movement to lift and lower the cooking pan in a controlled way to assist in emptying, cleaning and handling of products accurately. The actuator is placed in the skillet frame and connected to the tilt assembly and is used to operate the control system to provide smooth and repeatable movement in the course of operation.
