The Frymaster FM8101873 Thermopile helps your fryer run safely and effectively. This device produces low voltage electricity to control the gas valve which turns on and off when needed. The FM8101873 works seamlessly with Honeywell valves to provide customers more connection options for their current systems. This thermopile works with Frymaster fryers FM35, FM45, FM47, FMCFE, FMCFEC, MJCFEC, and PMJ35 plus Garland fryer M35SS.
