The Frymaster 8261795 Heating Element Kit 8kW 208V is an electric heating assembly with a high power output, that is used to produce thermal energy in a commercial electric cooker. The kit also has resistance elements to convert 208V electrical input to 8kW of heat to provide the thermal source in the core. These are fitted into the heating chamber of the cooker. it provides the main heat that is required to heat and sustain the cooking temperatures, operating in tandem with thermostats and controls in order to facilitate uniform, and stable cooking results.
