The Component Hardware Group F35-1625-HD Baffle Grease Filter stainless steel that is used to trap airborne particles in the extraction systems of commercial kitchens. It is 16 x 25 x 2 inches and is mounted in cooker hoods that are above ranges, fryers, and grills, where it collects grease, and then air passes through the ductwork. Angled baffle construction enables the grease to pass into collection channels and this reduces accumulation within the ventilation system. The filter is part of the hood assembly and uses in controlling airflow, as well as, in meeting the hygiene and fire better standards in the kitchen.
