The Component Hardware Group F35-1625 Baffle Grease Filter 16" x 25 x 2 is a system used to trap particulates in cooking vapours to ensure that cleaner air passes through the commercial and residential kitchen ventilation systems. It is placed in range hoods or exhaust fans and the air is directed through the angled baffles to ensure that the grease is trapped and the air moves through. This filter is used preventing the accumulation of grease in ducts, preventing the accumulation of grease on the fan motor and ducts, and facilitating adherence to hygiene and fire safety requirements in food preparation settings.
