The Blodgett 52091 Thermocouple is an accurate temperature-sensing system that was created to be used in the 1980 Series ovens. It can work in the range of 20-30 mV and feeds the control system of the oven with the correct signal to maintain the same level of cooking results. The snap-fit design is 48 inches, which means it can be and placed in the oven cavity. It is a better and regulated part that is essential and detects changes and sends a signal to the control mechanism to change the flow of gas or heating elements.
