The APW 45582500 Steamer Knob Infinite Switch OFF-LO-2-6-HI Mount is an accurate control component that will allow steamer settings to be controlled accurately. This 2" diameter knob is marked with white numerical indicators and provides users the ability to control the amount of heat in the entire range of the appliance. It is placed on a 0.187" centre, so that it fits correctly over the switch mechanism underneath. The component is applied to control temperature changes when cooking, which is used to ensure the constant operation of the steamer and the coordination with other components of the system.
