The APW 2R-55825 Knob Infinite Switch W/White Numbers OFF-LO-2-6-HI Mount 0.187" is a control component that is used to adjust and display the amount of heat on compatible cooking equipment. This knob is 2" in diameter and works by turning it to fit the desired setting, which is between off and low, numbered increments, and high, against the printed scale when using. It is attached to the front control panel, where constant adjustment of heating levels is needed during cooking periods. The mount is designed to fit and align with the infinite switch shaft.
