The Alto-Shaam CC-34326 Dual Warmer Control Assembly W/O Timer Uni-Body regulates two warming regions by regulating the flow of electrical current to the heating coils when needed. It operates through the control signal processing and energy flow control to ensure constant heat in the two parts. This is a panel mounted in the control section of the frame of the appliance and attached to internal wiring and heating circuits. Its place allows coordinated action of the warmers, which provides the stable control of the heat and constant holding conditions.
