The Alto-Shaam ALTCC-34326 Dual Warmer Control Assembly W/O Timer Uni-Body controls the operation of two warming zones by controlling the amount of power fed to each heating circuit. It works by taking in control input, and channeling electrical signals to keep the heat levels in both warmers at set levels. This control assembly is mounted in the control compartment of the appliance, and is part of the uni-body design and connected to the heating elements and wiring harness. Its positioning enables both sections of the warming to be controlled to maintain a steady temperature.
