The Winston Products PS2993 Control Board Assembly is a built-in electronic board that coordinates the working operation of compatible catering and heating equipment. It gets the signal from sensors, user controls and better switches and controls the power, timing and system response to maintain a uniform performance. The board is fitted in the housing of the appliance and is attached to wiring harnesses, displays and actuators in commercial kitchens. It is the logic of the system that coordinates temperature control and sequence of cycles fault monitoring such that the appliance runs programmed settings.
