The White Rodgers HO6E-36 Thermocouple Standard 20-30 MV is commercial kitchen equipment used to monitor and control the presence of flame in gas heating appliances by producing a signal of millivolts when exposed to heat. This is mounted between the pilot flame and the gas valve to make sure that the gas valve does not open until a stable flame is detected to prevent the unignited passage of gas. Its length of 36 inches and thread of 11/32-32 are designed to fit in various residential and light commercial appliance, where it is a major component in the secure ignition control within the system.
