The Wells SS206ERD Hot Food Well With Drain Bottom Mount is a commercial heating unit that is used to keep prepared foods at a steady serving temperature. It is commonly used in restaurant kitchens, buffets, and catering operations as a means of maintaining a safe and accurate warmth of food without any additional cooking. The part of a better food service system, that provide a stable heat source to pans or trays that are placed in it.
